The lemon juice and tooth enamel?
I am condemned to a life of tons of water. Ok, maybe not tons, but least 2-4 quarts gallons per day. Because water is so boring that I am using Crystal Lite to get sticks to add a touch of flavor. But finally I get tired of those too – and to pay them, so I thought I would add a little lemon juice to the water instead. I think that probably add the juice that you can slip into the hand of a half lemon in one quart of water. But I am concerned about the effect on teeth. I braces (if that matters), I have 41 years and my teeth are sensitive. I use Sensodyne toothpaste ProNamel for. If I do that, it would be twice five days week. But not every week – I vary with use CL sticks and perhaps water. Does lemon juice very harmful to teeth?
a slice of lemon in the water will not hurt you if you eat raw lemons then you have a problem, but when you add water to the acid of lemon juice diluted and not harmful to teeth … This is not just lemons Tho is a nail biting insects.
